Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Newton, MA is seeking a Class Experience Lead to support the member experience across Life Time classes—studio, cycle, yoga, and small group. You will collaborate with the Concierge Manager to guide members to the right class and mentor instructors to deliver outstanding experiences.

You will oversee spaces to ensure the environment feels welcoming with the right ambiance, and you will stay engaged with front desk and cafe operations to uphold daily quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of leadership or management experience.
• National Group Fitness Certification and/or LifePower Yoga Certification; Fitness and Nutrition Certification preferred.

Position Summary

The Class Experience Lead supports the member experience of all Life Time classes; studio, cycle, yoga and small group. They will have knowledge of all class experiences, partnering with the Concierge Manager to supporting members in finding the right class and mentoring class instructors/teachers to be the best. The Class Experience Lead will also oversee the spaces to make sure they have the right smell and look, creating the foundation for best experience.

Position Requirements

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $21.50 and pays up to $28.75, based on experience and qualifications.
