Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience or equivalent hours.
• Must possess a valid State Driver License.
• Must have a Class A CDL and current medical examiner card.
• Complete OSHA 10hr Safety Training within 60 days.
• Outdoor work in diverse terrain and all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Thorough knowledge of electrical line work methods, practices and equipment.
• Understand hazards and follow safety precautions.
• Climb poles and perform duties in various weather.
• Read and record data from meter dials.
• Set poles and string wire for new construction or repairs; connect transformers.
