Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a dependable Class B driver to support healthcare routes in Sturtevant, WI. You will collect and transport medical waste and sharps containers, operate up to 26' box trucks, and deliver friendly, professional service to hospitals and healthcare facilities along your local route.

This full-time role offers daytime hours (Mon-Fri, 5AM–3PM), opportunities for overtime, and benefits from day one. Non-CDL and CDL pay tiers apply based on license type.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL or clean driving record with a DOT medical card.
• Experience operating vehicles up to 26' box trucks.
• Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections.
• Confidence completing Level 1-3 DOT road checks.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers.
• Customer-focused mindset with a flexible, can-do attitude.

What will your job involve?

Driving & Route Responsibilities

• Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers
• Operate company vehicles up to 26' box trucks
• Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service
• Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections

Physical & Customer-Facing Work

• Load and unload containers throughout the day (heavy lifting required)
• Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs
• Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service
