Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a dependable Class B (or non-CDL) driver to support our healthcare routes in Appleton, WI. This role offers consistent daytime hours, local routes, and meaningful work that serves hospitals and healthcare professionals every day.

You will safely collect and transport medical waste and sharps containers, provide strong customer service at healthcare facilities, and operate vehicles up to 26 ft box trucks.

Qualifications

• Class B license with a clean driving record and valid medical card.
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations.
• Clean driving record and DOT compliance experience.
• Flexible, customer‑focused attitude for healthcare routes.
• Experience with 26 ft box trucks and DOT inspections.

Responsibilities

• Safely collecting, delivering and storing medical waste containers at customer locations.
• Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships.
• Operating vehicles in a safe manner (up to 26 ft box trucks).
• Delivering to schedule and communicating changes clearly.
• Loading, unloading and organizing the truck per schedule and needs.
• Managing route per leadership direction and delivering timely service.
• Complying with DOT regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections.
• Heavy lifting.

We’re looking for a dependable, safety‑minded Class B (or non-CDL) Driver to support our healthcare routes in the Richmond, VA area. This role is perfect for a driver who values consistent daytime hours, local routes, and meaningful work that supports hospitals and healthcare professionals every day.

You’ll be responsible for collecting and transporting medical waste and sharps containers while delivering top‑tier customer service at healthcare facilities along your route.

This position is offering a $3k sign-on bonus for new hires. $1k paid after 30 days of employment and $2k paid after 90 days of employment!

What will your job involve?

• Safely collecting, delivering and storing our medical waste containers at customer locations
• Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships
• Operating vehicles in a safe manner (as large as 26 ft box trucks)
• Completing deliveries to time schedule, and clearly communicating changes or challenges as they arise
• Loading and unloading | Prioritizing and organizing your truck per schedule and needs
• Managing a route per leaderships direction | delivering timely, efficient and effective service
• Complying with DOT regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections
• Heavy lifting!

What are we looking for?

• Class B license with a clean driving record and valid medical card
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations

• A flexible, can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
• Experience operating vehicles in a safe manner (as large as 26 ft box trucks)

• Confident in a road check level 1 through level 3
