Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a dependable Class B (non-CDL) Driver to support healthcare routes in the Richmond, VA area. The role emphasizes consistent daytime hours, local routes, and meaningful work serving hospitals and healthcare professionals daily.

You will collect and transport medical waste and sharps containers while delivering top-tier customer service along your route, with a 40-hour week and a guaranteed $28/hour base rate plus a $3k sign-on. HazMat endorsement drivers earn $29/hour.

Qualifications

• Class B license with a clean driving record and valid medical card is required.
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations preferred.
• Clean driving record and flexible, customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely collect, deliver and store medical waste containers at customer locations.
• Provide strong customer service and build positive relationships with healthcare facilities.
• Operate vehicles up to 26 ft box trucks in a safe manner.
• Complete deliveries to schedule and communicate changes or challenges.
• Load and unload and organize the truck per schedule and needs.
• Manage a route per leadership direction for timely service.
• Comply with DOT regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections.
• Heavy lifting.

We’re looking for a dependable, safety‑minded Class B (or non-CDL) Driver to support our healthcare routes in the Richmond, VA area. You’ll be responsible for collecting and transporting medical waste and sharps containers while delivering top‑tier customer service at healthcare facilities along your route.

This position is offering a $3k sign-on bonus for new hires. $1k paid after 30 days of employment and $2k paid after 90 days of employment!

What will your job involve?

• Safely collecting, delivering and storing our medical waste containers at customer locations
• Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships
• Operating vehicles in a safe manner (as large as 26 ft box trucks)
• Completing deliveries to time schedule, and clearly communicating changes or challenges as they arise
• Loading and unloading | Prioritizing and organizing your truck per schedule and needs
• Managing a route per leaderships direction | delivering timely, efficient and effective service
• Complying with DOT regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections
• Heavy lifting!

What are we looking for?

• Class B license with a clean driving record and valid medical card
