Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years' class action experience in federal/state matters.
• Active State Bar license in good standing.
• Excellent research, writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Law review experience preferred.
• Strong client service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day state and federal class action matters at various stages.
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery, motions, and memoranda.
• Guide clients through the case process and coordinate with experts.
• Interact with expert witnesses and prepare reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
