Candidates must hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and be in good standing with the State Bar. Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus, and the position requires managing many cases with guidance from senior attorneys.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active state bar admission in good standing.
• Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus.
• Ability to manage high-volume pre-litigation and litigation caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from pre-litigation through litigation, focusing on pre-suit and assisting senior attorneys.
• Draft and file litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and memoranda.
• Coordinate with clients and expert witnesses for conferences, reports, and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
