Qualifications

• Must be forklift certified and able to read and interpret shipping documents.
• Knowledge of different steel types used in steel fabrications and their nomenclature.
• Ability to operate crane systems (optional) and load/unload via forklift or crane safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to load and unload steel assemblies and structures safely.
• Read shipping documents and identify materials accordingly.
• Maintain yard organization and cleanliness while ensuring safe transportation.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or customers.
• Participate in DOT drug screening and safety meetings as required.
