Job summary

Daniels Health in Baltimore, MD is seeking a driver with a Class A license to service our healthcare customers across the MD/DC area. You will operate up to 53ft straight trucks/tractor trailers, collect medical waste containers, and deliver excellent customer service.

This full-time role includes a $3,000 new hire bonus after probation, competitive hourly pay of $32.00, and overtime opportunities. Must have clean driving record, DOT medical card, 3 years of experience, and pass Drug &

Qualifications

Class A license with a clean driving record.
DOT medical card required.
Minimum 3 years of experience operating straight trucks/tractor trailers up to 53 ft.
Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations.
Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours and roadside inspections.

Responsibilities

Delivering throughout MD/DC.
Operating straight truck/tractor trailer up to 53ft in a safe manner.
Safely collect, deliver and store medical waste containers at customer locations.
Provide strong customer service and build positive customer relationships.
Complete deliveries to schedule and communicate changes clearly.
Load and unload and organize the truck per schedule needs.
Comply with DOT regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections.
Push/pull a 200 lb. cart as needed.
