Job summary

Daniels Health in Baltimore is seeking a safety‑focused Route Driver with a Class B license to serve our healthcare customers across MD/DC. You will operate a 26 ft box truck, deliver and collect medical waste containers, and provide exceptional customer service daily.

This full‑time role offers a stable schedule (Mon–Fri, early start), with a $27/hour base pay and a $3,000 new hire bonus after probation. You must maintain a clean driving record, valid DOT medical card, and comply with DOT

Qualifications

• Requires a valid Class B license with a clean driving record.
• Must have DOT medical card and experience with 26 ft box trucks.
• FADV review in Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse (7 Year) is required.
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations and DOT logging hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver throughout MD/DC using a 26 ft box truck.
• Safely collect and deliver medical waste containers at customer locations.
• Provide strong customer service and build relationships.
• Adhere to schedules and communicate changes clearly.
• Load/unload and organize truck per schedule; perform safety checks.
