Job Overview

Sheridan MN, a CJK Group company, is seeking an experienced CDL Class A or B driver for our 2nd shift. This full-time, Monday - Friday position involves local driving, transporting raw materials and finished goods between the main plant and the fulfillment warehouse, with home every night.

Responsibilities

1. Operate trucks to facilitate shipping and receiving.
2. Load trucks with raw materials and finished products, ensuring secure loads.
3. Assist in preparing products for shipment, including banding, wrapping, and forklift operations.
4. Complete shipping documents accurately and timely.
5. Unload trucks as needed at various locations.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Class A or B CDL license with Air Brake Endorsement.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Medical card.
• At least 1 year of truck driving experience.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and operation.
• Ability to read maps and instructions.
• Promptness, reliability, and ability to work overtime.

Preferred Skills

• Forklift certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements

Work involves exposure to factory environment hazards, requiring safety shoes, walking, standing, lifting up to 60 pounds, bending, reaching, sitting, climbing, grasping, and using hand pallet jacks and forklifts.
