You will operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems under the Chief Engineer's direction to ensure efficient operation and extended life expectancy.

The role involves handling daily maintenance, tenant relations, and on-call duties, with compensation based on experience and qualification, plus discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of technical building engineering experience.
• Strong HVAC, plumbing and electrical capabilities.
• Candidate may hold a Universal CFC recovery certification.
• Willingness to on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HVAC and MEP equipment under Chief Engineer.
• Develop positive tenant relations with prompt responses to requests.
• Perform preventive and repair work orders on building systems and components.
