Job summary

Delta Star Inc. is seeking a safety-conscious Class A Driver to transport heavy transformers and modular substations across the United States.

You will load, secure, and deliver equipment while following DOT regulations and maintaining accurate logs for dispatch communication. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of Class A experience with oversized/heavy loads, a clean driving record, and the ability to travel extensively, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Class A driving experience with oversized/heavy loads.
• Clean driving record and ability to secure loads safely.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A vehicles to transport large equipment across the U.S.
• Load, secure, and unload transformers and modular substations safely.
• Maintain logs, follow permits, and communicate with dispatch and customers.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and assist with route planning when idle.
