Job summary

Monarch Distributing in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Class A Delivery Driver. The role starts at 5am, Monday through Friday, with home daily and weekends off. We seek candidates with 1+ year of touch-free delivery experience and a valid Class A CDL.

Pay is reported as $80,000 first-year average earnings. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, inspecting vehicles, operating pallets/jacks, and completing delivery paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1+ years of Class A driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military with a valid Class A CDL.
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL and be able to lift 25–50 lb regularly and up to 170 lb.

Responsibilities

• Unload and deliver products to customers and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts.
• Use powered industrial trucks and pallet jacks to move pallets and products.
• Process delivery and pickup paperwork and handle returns as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Monarch Distributing is hiring for a CDL Class A Delivery Driver in the Indianapolis area. We are looking for prospective candidates with at least 1 year of touch-freight delivery experience that would like to join Indiana's largest beer distributor. This role is home daily and works Mon-Friday morning shift.

Pay: $80,000 1st year average earnings

Position responsibilities

• The Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our customers as well as pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle
• As a Class A Driver, you must have the ability to safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts
• You will securely operate powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck
• Additionally, you will pick up returned products including payments and pallets as well as completing delivery and pick up paperwork
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Must be at least 21 years old
• 1 plus years of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military with a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
• Must possess a Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds
