Job summary

Radius Recycling, Inc. is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to transport equipment and materials to various locations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with all DOT regulations. The role includes operating multiple loading/unloading devices and maintaining accurate logs.

The driver will follow dispatch instructions, perform vehicle inspections, and assist in yard operations as needed, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality service under demanding conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• Twenty-Four (24) months verifiable Class A driving experience within the last five (5) years.
• Must be registered in the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Move freight and materials to and from production areas, loading docks and delivery locations using trucks and other equipment.
• Maneuver vehicles to loading/unloading positions following signals from loading crew.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure mechanical and safety readiness.
• Maintain logs of driving hours and vehicle service per regulations.
• Provide backup or yard assistance as needed and ensure complete documentation.
