Compensation includes $1,200–$1,800 weekly earnings, a $1,000 guaranteed weekly pay for the first 3 months after first solo dispatch, plus a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license and medical card required; 21+ years old.
• 6+ months of verifiable solo driving experience.
• Clean MVR and background check.

Responsibilities

• Transport routes across 27 states east of Denver, with 1,800–2,200 miles weekly.
• Handle live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook.
• Be home every two weeks; occasional schedule flexibility on weekends and holidays.
