Equipment

• 2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks
• Ergonomically designed seats and optimal steering
• 70" L / 96" W sleepers with pull-out tabletop

• Right way scales on trucks and trailers, Elite Pass for scales, tolls, and bridges

Pay

Starting at .55cpm - .58cpm, paid on practical miles whether loaded or empty. Additional pays include detention, layover, and other load-specific compensations. Average weekly pay ranges from $2,600 to $3,200. Paid weekly via direct deposit with no hold.

Home Time

Drivers typically get 2 full days off after working 12-14 days within our operating area. Some drivers may stay out longer and receive up to 4 days off. Home time is agreed upon prior to hiring and can be adjusted for special events or appointments.

Loads & Routes

Most freight (98%) originates in Missouri, with over 55% being drop and hook. Freight includes dry van and reefer loads, mostly in the US middle corridor, avoiding New York City, ports, borders, and west of Denver. We prioritize major highways and contracted freight, with no dedicated routes.

Additional Policies

• Rider policy: 1 passenger aged 12 or older, available from day 1
• Canine policy: $500 fee per pet, with weekly deductions, no refunds, allows for change of canine, no policy for cats, reptiles, or birds
