About Climate Express

Climate Express has been transporting full truckloads of freight across the United States for 29 years. We operate with 200 company drivers, ensuring families across America receive essential household goods. Our fleet consists of safe Volvo tractors equipped with modern amenities, offering high miles, consistent paychecks, and reliable home time. We are a team committed to getting things done together.

Equipment

Our trucks are 2022 or newer Volvo 760 models, automatic, with features like ergonomically designed seats, 70" L / 96" W sleepers, pull-out tabletops, large refrigerators, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat screen TV mounts, satellite radios, and right-way scales. We have an on-site repair facility and wash bay for maintenance and cleanliness.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from .55cpm to .58cpm, paid on practical miles whether loaded or empty. Additional pay for detention, layovers, and other factors varies by load and hours. Drivers earn an average of $2600-$3200 weekly, paid weekly via direct deposit with no hold.

Home Time

Drivers typically get 2 full days off after working 12-14 days within our service area. Outlying areas may require longer periods out, with compensation and home time arranged in advance. We aim to accommodate personal needs and special events.

Loads & Routes

Most freight (98%) originates in Missouri, with over half being drop-and-hook. The remaining loads involve one pick and one drop. We operate dry van and reefer trailers, primarily in the US middle corridor, avoiding NYC, ports, borders, and west of Denver. Freight is mostly contracted, with no dedicated routes, using major highways and Pilot/Flying J fueling stations.

Rider & Canine Policies

One passenger aged 12 or older is allowed from day one. Pets are permitted with a $500 fee per pet, allowing two small or one large dog, with deductions until paid off. No policy for cats, reptiles, or birds.
