Class A CDL OTR High Mile Drivers

Climate Express has been moving full truckloads of freight across the United States for 29 years! Our 200 company drivers keep families supplied with essential household goods. We operate safe Volvo tractors equipped with modern features, offering high miles, consistent paychecks, and solid home time. We are a team. We are strong. Together we can get things done.

Equipment

- 2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks. Features include ergonomic seats, perfect steering position, 70" L / 96" W sleepers, pull-out tabletop, large built-in refrigerators, auxiliary power units with 3500W inverter, dual antennas, flat screen TV mount, satellite radios, right way scales, Elite Pass for scales, tolls, bridges, on-site repair, and wash bay.

Pay

- Starting at .55cpm - .58cpm, paid on practical miles whether loaded or empty. Additional pays for detention, layover, and other factors. Average weekly pay $2600-$3200. Paid weekly via direct deposit with no hold.

Home Time

- Drivers get 2 full days off after 12-14 days out within our operating area. Some areas may allow longer periods with additional days off. Home time is confirmed in writing before hiring and can be adjusted for special needs.

Loads & Routes

- 98% freight from MO, mostly drop and hook, some 1 pick-1 drop. Dry van and reefer loads, mostly in the US middle corridor. No NY City, ports, or borders. No dedicated routes. Major highway transportation, with Pilot/Flying J fueling.

Rider & Canine Policies

- 1 passenger aged 12+ allowed from day 1. Pet policy: $500 fee, 2 small or 1 large dog, weekly deduction until paid, non-refundable once placed. No cats, reptiles, or birds.
