Job summary

Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Class A CDL Operator to safely execute projects across services. The role involves hands-on vacuum and hydroblasting work, operating high-pressure pumps, and ensuring safety compliance on site.

You will inspect equipment, maintain field gear, and potentially lead a crew of technicians while transporting teams to client locations. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or demonstrated experience.
• Class A CDL license required for driving company vehicles.
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements preferred when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety representative for policies and procedures for company and customer.
• Hands-on operation of vacuum and hydroblasting equipment.
• Operate Ultra High-Pressure pumps and related gear.
• Drive and energize pumping and cleaning equipment on job sites.
• Inspect surfaces for conformance to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on field equipment.
• Direct a crew of vacuum technicians when needed.
• Transport equipment and personnel between locations.
• Complete pre/post trip inspections and driver logs in compliance with DOT.
