Job summary

Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Class A or B CDL Operator to safely execute field tasks across services lines. You will operate vacuum and hydroblasting equipment, manage safety protocols, and may supervise a small crew while coordinating with client sites.

This role emphasizes safety, hands-on operation of UHDP pumps, and adherence to DOT requirements, with potential duties including equipment transport and field maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A or B license required.
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements preferred.
• TWIC may be required for site access.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety representative for company and customer policies and procedures.
• Operate vacuum and hydroblasting equipment hands-on.
• Operate Ultra High-Pressure pumps and other specialized equipment.
• Lead or direct a crew of vacuum technicians as needed.
• Transport equipment and personnel to client locations; perform pre/post trip inspections.
