Job summary

Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Class A or B CDL Operator to join the safety-focused team. The role involves hands-on operation of vacuum and hydroblasting equipment, supervising small crews, and ensuring compliance with DOT and client requirements.

The ideal candidate has CDL A or B, strong safety awareness, and experience with emergency equipment. This is a full-time position located at client sites, with benefits and opportunities for growth within the Thompson

Qualifications

• Class A or B CDL required with safe driving history.
• Must understand safety policies and emergency procedures.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate vacuum and hydroblasting equipment.
• Supervise and complete single-task jobs with a crew.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and DOT-compliant logs.
• Transport equipment and personnel to client locations.
• Provide field maintenance and safety guidance on site.
