J Rose Enterprises in Arkansas is seeking an experienced tractor-trailer driver. This position features dry van freight with 100% no-touch load, home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out), and a consistent, predictable schedule.

You’ll earn weekly pay ranging from $1,100 to $1,400, plus mileage pay, detention and breakdown pay, a $2,000 401(k) match, paid time off with eight holidays, and comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) required.
• Must meet DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements.
• SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 is completed.

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly Pay: $1,100 – $1,400 per week
• Mileage Pay: CPM paid on ALL miles (loaded and empty)
• Additional Pay: Detention and breakdown pay ($20 per hour)

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Time: Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)
• Reset Duration: 34–48 hour reset at home
• Predictability: Consistent miles, predictable scheduling, and steady year-round freight

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van freight
• Touch Level: 100% no-touch freight
• Drop & Hook: Approximately 70% drop & hook (with some live load/unload)
• Equipment: Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International equipment
• Convenience: Option to take the truck home during home time (where applicable)
