Job summary

J Rose Enterprises seeks a qualified tractor-trailer driver to run dry van freight with 100% no-touch loads, drops and hooks, and modern equipment. Home weekly with a 5–5.5 days out and a 34–48 hour reset.

Weekly pay ranges from $1,100 to $1,400 plus mileage pay, detention and breakdown pay, and a 401(k) match. Must have CDL-A, 6 months experience, and pass DOT safety screening; SAP drivers welcome if step 6 is complete.

Job description

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly Pay: $1,100 – $1,400 per week
• Mileage Pay: CPM paid on ALL miles (loaded and empty)
• Additional Pay: Detention and breakdown pay ($20 per hour)
• Retirement: Up to $2,000 401(k) match available

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Time: Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)
• Reset Duration: 34–48 hour reset at home
• Predictability: Consistent miles, predictable scheduling, and steady year-round freight

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van freight
• Touch Level: 100% no-touch freight
• Drop & Hook: Approximately 70% drop & hook (with some live load/unload)
• Equipment: Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International equipment
• Convenience: Option to take the truck home during home time (where applicable)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) required
• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug & alcohol screening requirements
• SAP Drivers welcome if step 6is complete.
