Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking a commercial driver for a tractor-trailer role in Tennessee. You will haul dry van freight with 100% no-touch freight, earn weekly pay, and enjoy predictable home time with resets.

A CDL-A and at least 6 months of experience are required. Benefits include mileage pay, detention and breakdown pay, a 401(k) match, paid vacation and holidays, and full health/dental/vision/life insurance.

• Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Must meet DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements.
• SAP Drivers are welcome if Step 6 is completed.

Job description

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly Pay: $1,100 - $1,400 per week
• Mileage Pay: CPM paid on ALL miles (loaded and empty)
• Additional Pay: Detention and breakdown pay ($20 per hour)
• Retirement: Up to $2,000 401(k) match available
• Paid Time Off: Paid vacation and 8 paid holidays per year

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Time: Home weekly for reset (typically 5-5.5 days out)
• Reset Duration: 34-48 hour reset at home
• Predictability: Consistent miles, predictable scheduling, and steady year-round freight

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van freight
• Touch Level: 100% no-touch freight
• Drop & Hook: Approximately 70% drop & hook (with some live load/unload)
• Equipment: Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International equipment
• Convenience: Option to take the truck home during home time (where applicable)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) required
• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug & alcohol screening requirements
• SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 is completed.
