10-4 Logistics USA in Winter Haven, FL is seeking full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers. We offer a paid training program for recent CDL school graduates and opportunities across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily east of I‑35, with late‑model equipment.

Day‑one benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, holidays, life and AD&D insurance, and paid orientation. Weekly or biweekly home time depends on fleet.

Qualifications

• Have a valid Class A CDL or be eligible for the paid training program (minimum 120 hours).
• Willingness to operate on OTR, regional, or dedicated routes primarily east of I-35.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer according to DOT and company regulations.
• Haul primarily no-touch dry van freight (70% drop‑and‑hook) across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on-time performance.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members; perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
