Overview10-4 Logistics USA in Jacksonville, FL is recruiting full-time Class A CDL drivers for OTR, regional, and dedicated routes mainly east of I-35. We offer a paid training program for recent CDL graduates and a comprehensive benefits package starting day one.

Drivers can expect weekly pay, late-model equipment, and home time aligned with fleet assignment. Training covers safe tractor-trailer operation, ELD use, trip reporting, and inspections to prepare for solo assignments.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL for assigned routes.
• 120 hours CDL instruction completed at an accredited school.
• Ability to comply with DOT regulations and ELD requirements.
• Professional communication skills with dispatch and customers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer per DOT and company rules.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickups and deliveries and maintain on-time performance.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and trip reports.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
