Overview10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time Class A CDL drivers to join a paid training program and drive on Eastern U.S. routes from the Tampa, FL area.

The position offers week‑to‑week pay ($1,400–$1,800 per week), complete day‑one benefits, a fully paid three‑ to five‑week training for recent CDL graduates, and opportunities for growth across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL or eligibility to obtain one.
• Paid 3–5 week training program for recent CDL school graduates (minimum 120 hours).
• Ability to meet DOT medical and licensing requirements.
• Professional conduct and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to operate routes from the Tampa, FL area serving the Eastern U.S.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in accordance with DOT and company regulations.
• Haul no‑touch dry van freight across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments.
• Maintain accurate logs and DVIRs.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Adhere to safety and compliance policies.
