Overview10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time CDL drivers based in Tallahassee, FL, including candidates with limited or no experience through a paid Class A training program. You will haul no-touch dry van freight across the Eastern U.S., with weekly or biweekly home time depending on fleet, and on-day-one benefits.

Salary ranges from $1,400 to $1,800 per week, with training for recent CDL graduates and safety/performance bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL license.
• Willingness to participate in paid training for new drivers.
• Ability to operate safely and comply with DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in accordance with DOT and company regulations.
• Haul primarily no-touch dry van freight (70% drop-and-hook) for Eastern U.S. routes.
• Manage schedules to meet pickups and deliveries and maintain on-time performance.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
