Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA in Orlando, FL is seeking full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers. We offer paid training for recent CDL graduates (three to five weeks) and opportunities across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily east of I-35.

Qualifications

• Candidates with limited or no professional driving experience may apply through a paid Class A training program.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in accordance with DOT and company regulations.
• Haul primarily no‑touch dry van freight (approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook) for customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on‑time performance.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
