Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Gainesville, FL and the surrounding region. The company offers a paid training program for recent CDL school graduates and a range of benefits starting on day one.

Position types include OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets with home time weekly or biweekly, depending on fleet assignment. Daily benefits begin immediately, and late-model equipment is provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in accordance with DOT and company regulations.
• Haul primarily no-touch dry van freight (approximately 70% drop-and-hook) for customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on-time performance.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic equipment care.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Comply with hours-of-service, safety policies, and applicable regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned that are consistent with the role.
