Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a CDL truck driver to operate company vehicles on assigned routes in a safe, compliant, and professional manner. You will maintain logs, perform pre/post trip inspections, and interact with customers to ensure high-quality service.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, DOT medical card, and a commitment to safety. Candidates must be 19+ with clean driving history and willingness to work nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• No more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years.
• No DUI/OVI within the last 5 years (or 2 in the last 10 years).

Responsibilities

• Operate truck in a safe manner in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Routinely enter/exit truck multiple times daily.
• Maintain and update route and driver logs; conduct inspections.
• Interact professionally with customers to provide excellent service.
• Assist Roll Off operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
