Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking a delivery driver responsible for transporting materials to customer sites, complying with safety regulations, and maintaining accurate delivery records. The role requires a Class A CDL, a clean MVR, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds and occasionally 200 pounds with assistance.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, be 21+, and able to read and speak English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 21+ years old.
• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Pass MVR report.
• DOT medical card within five days of request.
• Less than 5 moving violations in 5 years.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicle and deliver materials to customer sites.
• Load or assist with loading and securing products inside the vehicle.
• Verify orders and maintain logs of deliveries, weights, mileage, and locations.
• Serve as a customer service liaison and address concerns.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and safety checks on vehicles.
• Operate forklift or other material handling equipment as needed.
• Comply with DVIR and HOS requirements.
