Job summary

Builders FirstSource, Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to operate trucks and trailer combinations, transport materials to customer sites, and provide professional service.

This role requires adherence to safety regulations, accurate delivery documentation, and the ability to assist with loading and unloading as needed. The ideal candidate has a Class A CDL, a clean MVR, and the ability to read and speak English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card required.
• MVR check with clean record; ability to pass post‑hire checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders to designated sites and unload when required.
• Maintain logs of deliveries, weights, miles, and locations.
• Ensure vehicle is maintained and cleaned; perform safety checks.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading and secure products properly.
• Communicate with customers and resolve issues professionally.
• Follow DVIR and HOS requirements and use handheld devices as needed.
