Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Class A CDL Driver in Mooresville, NC. You will deliver and pick up equipment, ensuring safe, timely, and courteous service to customers while representing the company professionally.

You will be home nightly, with opportunities to advance within the world’s largest equipment rental provider as you uphold safety and DOT regulations and maintain accurate logs and pre-trip inspections.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years DOT regulated Commercial Driving Experience.
• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
• Diligent attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Drop off and pick up equipment for customers.
• Operate construction equipment, such as semi-trucks and trailers (CDL-A).
• Adhere to safety requirements including Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
