Job summary

United Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to deliver equipment to customers in a safe, timely, and courteous manner. You’ll be home every night and can advance your career within the world’s largest equipment rental provider.

As a driver, you’ll interact with customers, maintain logs, perform pre-trip inspections, and ensure safety compliance while contributing to exceptional service and company growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow safety procedures.
• Familiarity with DOT rules and safe equipment operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drop off and pick up equipment for customers.
• Operate construction equipment, such as semi-trucks and trailers (CDL-A).
• Adhere to safety requirements and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Maintain driver’s logs and complete pre-trip inspections.
• Suggest additional equipment and supplies customers may need.
• Perform other duties as needed.
