Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to deliver and return equipment to customers, safely and efficiently. You will be home every night and act as a company ambassador with strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years DOT-regulated commercial driving experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 45 lbs.
• Knowledge of construction equipment and safe driving procedures.
• Safety-conscious and compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drop off and pick up equipment for customers.
• Operate construction equipment such as semi-trucks and trailers.
• Adhere to safety requirements and DOT regulations.
• Maintain driver’s logs and perform pre-trip inspections.
• Assist customers and suggest additional equipment when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
