BostonFAM is seeking a Class A CDL OTR driver for a local dedicated route in Stevens Point, WI, home daily. The role involves moving de-mountable containers to delivery locations across Wisconsin, with a 2nd shift that starts around 1pm.

A $2000 signing bonus is offered, along with ESOP and extensive benefits. The position requires a high school diploma, active Class A CDL, and at least 1 year of CDL driving experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Transport furniture, appliances, and electronics to stores within Wisconsin using de-mountable containers.
Follow safety regulations and state laws governing vehicle operation, ensuring passengers also follow safety regulations.
Follow company safety procedures for vehicle operation.
Maintain logs of working hours or vehicle service status in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Check vehicles to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment are in good working order.

About The Role

The Class A CDL OTR Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting furniture and home goods using our De-mountable Containers from the Stevens Point Distribution Center to delivery locations across the state of WI. This role involves transferring loaded containers to delivery locations and returning with empty containers.

Schedule: Friday through Monday

(2nd shift hours with a start time of 1pm or later if preferred until the route is completed meaning you will be home daily.)

What you will be doing each day:

Transport furniture, appliances, and electronics to various stores in the state using De-mountable containers
Follow safety regulations and state laws governing vehicle operation, ensuring passengers also follow safety regulations
Follow company safety procedures for vehicle operation
Maintain logs of working hours or of vehicle service or repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations
Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order
