Job summary

QXO is seeking a CDL Class A driver to safely transport building materials to customer locations and job sites. You will load, unload, secure loads, and maintain compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations while delivering excellent customer service.

The role is field-based, requiring attention to safety, timely deliveries, and effective communication with dispatch and customers. Possibility of overtime to meet delivery needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL Class A license in good standing.
• Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
• Ability to operate mobile applications, GPS systems, and electronic delivery tools.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and safe driving practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport building materials to customer locations and job sites per routes and schedules.
• Complete pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections per DOT/FMCSA and policies.
• Load, unload, and secure materials using proper methods.
• Maintain professional conduct with customers and document delivery confirmations.
