Job summary

QXO is seeking a CDL Driver (Class A) to safely deliver building materials to customer locations and job sites. The role combines driving with loading, unloading, and securing loads in a fast-paced environment.

You will inspect vehicles, document deliveries, and uphold a high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate has a valid CDL Class A, is able to plan routes, and maintains strict safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to plan routes and communicate with dispatch.
• Proven safety-focused delivery and material-handling experience.
• Strong customer service and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport building materials to customer locations according to routes and schedules.
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections per DOT regulations.
• Load, secure, and unload materials using approved methods and equipment.
• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and electronic logs.
• Provide exceptional service and communicate delivery status to customers.
