JROSE LOGISTICS in Minnesota is seeking reliable Class A CDL drivers for a regional Home Weekly role. You will run 5 days, then 2 days off, with steady miles and 100% no-touch freight.

We offer a modern fleet with 90% Kenworth T680s, APUs/inverters, and a comprehensive benefits package. Starting pay ranges from $0.62–$0.68 per mile, plus $0.16 per diem, with onboarding bonus and monthly performance bonuses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate as a regional Class A CDL driver on a home-weekly schedule (5 days on, 2 days off).
• Deliver and pick up loads with 100% no-touch freight whenever possible.

Job description

We are seeking reliable Class A CDL drivers for a regional Home Weekly position. Run hard for 5 days, take 2 days off, and enjoy steady miles, top-tier equipment, and 100% no-touch freight.

Equipment & Fleet

• Modern, well-maintained fleet (2022 and newer).
• 90% of the fleet consists of Kenworth T680s with automatic transmissions.
• Fully equipped with APUs and Inverters for your comfort.

Compensation & Bonuses

• Starting Pay: $0.62 to $0.68 CPM (plus $0.16 per diem).
• Onboarding Bonus: $500 total.
• Monthly Performance Bonus (First 6 Months):
  • $0.025 CPM for drivers with under 3 years of experience.
  • $0.05 CPM for drivers with 3+ years of experience.

Accessorial & Additional Pay

• Drop & Hook: 60%
• Detention Pay: $15/hour after 2 hours ($80 max per 24 hours).
• Layover Pay: $75 per 24 hours.
• Breakdown Pay: $75 per 24 hours + motel expenses covered.
• NYC Pay: $100 for delivery / $60 for pickup (Note: No forced dispatch into NYC/5 boroughs).
