J Rose Logistics is seeking Class A CDL drivers for a high-efficiency Southwest regional lane. The operation is 100% no-touch freight with a 70% drop & hook ratio, designed to keep wheels moving and weekly checks consistent.

Earns weekly pay with a CPM-based mileage guarantee, plus detention pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Home time is weekly with 34–48 hour resets; take-home is possible on weeks off. 401(k) matching is offered along with health, dental, vision, and life insurance.

• Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• Clean enough MVR/Background to meet DOT requirements.

Spend less time waiting at docks and more time earning. We are seeking Class A CDL drivers for a high-efficiency Southwest regional lane. This operation is 100% no-touch freight and features a 70% drop & hook ratio to keep your wheels moving and your weekly checks consistent.

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly Average: $1,250 - $1,500 (W2 position)
• Mileage Guarantee: You are paid CPM on every single mile - loaded or empty.
• Delay Pay: $20/hour for detention and mechanical breakdowns.

Schedule & Fleet

• Home Time: Home weekly for a full 34-48 hour reset (typically out 5-5.5 days).

• Take-Home: Truck can be taken home during your weekly reset where applicable.

Hiring Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of recent verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• Clean enough MVR/Background to meet DOT requirements (DUI & felony history reviewed case-by-case).
• SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 is complete.
