Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking an Associate Driver in Chesapeake, VA. The role involves unloading and delivering products to customers, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and safely operating equipment during daily routes.

The position requires 0–1+ years of driving experience, a valid CDL (A/B/C), and the ability to lift heavy items. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, with weekends off, on-site at local routes.

Job description

• Must have valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
• Must be 21 years of age
• Shift: Full-time, Monday - Friday, Weekends off
• Pay: Starting at $63,000 and then annual range salary of $65,000-$80,000 on a route.
• Routes: Home Daily with Local Routes

Position responsibilities:

• The Associate Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our customers as well as pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle
• This role must have the ability to safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts
• Drivers will securely operate powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such asan electric pallet jack and/or hand truck
• You will pick up returned products including payments and pallets as well as completing delivery and pick up paperwork
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• 0 to 1 plus years of specific driving experience
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must possess a valid Class A, B, or C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent driving experience in the military
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
