KION North America is seeking a highly motivated Class 1 Product Manager to lead product strategy, development, and launches for our material handling solutions in the North American market.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management within material handling, a technical degree, willingness to travel, and the ability to collaborate with engineering, design, and sales to deliver customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years as a Product Manager in material handling with Class 1 equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with product management software.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute product strategy for Class 1 material handling equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing to define features and performance.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Monitor competitor offerings and market positioning to inform strategy.
• Plan and execute product launches with marketing and sales teams.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and advocate for the customer.
• Create product training materials for internal stakeholders and partners.
• Monitor product performance and drive revenue targets with sales teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and standards.
