Job summary

WestRock is seeking a Clamp Truck Operator to safely move and position products across the facility, using powered forklifts and clamp forklifts. The role requires reading a tape measure, basic math and computer skills, and strict safety adherence.

You must lift up to 75 lbs, work in a non-temperature controlled environment, and be willing to overtime and rotate shifts. The starting rate is $25.71 per hour, with benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts

Qualifications

• Must read a tape measure and perform basic math and operate a computer.
• Ability to work safely and follow safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a non temperature controlled environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and maneuver stairs, stand, walk, bend and kneel.
• Willingness to work daily overtime, weekends, and various shifts.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial forklift and clamp forklift safely and efficiently.
• Complete forklift checklists and follow safety procedures.
• Supply corrugator and forming machines with raw material; transfer finished product to storage.
• Inspect tags, ensure quality packaging, and weigh scrap reports daily.
• Read and interpret load tags and document transactions timely.
• Maintain housekeeping per plant guidelines and support inline equipment.
