The position requires 1–2 years of sit-down forklift experience, clamp-truck familiarity or willingness to train, and a HS diploma or GED. Overtime and varying shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• One to two years of sit-down forklift experience preferred.
• Clamp-truck experience or willingness to complete company training and certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and climb on and off equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or varying shifts as needed.
• Experience loading trucks or railcars preferred.
• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate a roll-clamp forklift to handle paper rolls weighing 2,000-8,000 pounds.
• Load and unload trucks and railcars.
• Move rolls to storage, staging, and production areas.
• Prevent product shifting or damage during handling.
• Complete daily equipment inspections.
• Report maintenance and safety concerns.
• Inspect shipments for damage and accuracy.
• Scan and document inventory movements.
• Follow railroad, OSHA, and company safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate with supervisors and shipping personnel.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
