AvonRisk is seeking a Claims Unit Supervisor to oversee a team of Claims Specialists and Support staff. The role focuses on coaching, performance management, and ensuring timely, compliant handling of claims for self-insured clients across multiple states.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of progressive claim experience, with strong leadership and mentoring abilities to drive performance and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and related experience; five or more years of progressive technical claim experience.
• Strong project planning, coordination, and budget management skills.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and performance feedback abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of personnel performance reviews.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback within the unit.
• Ensure claims handling complies withLabor Code rules and company standards.
