Job summary

Creative Risk Solutions seeks a detail‑oriented Claims Assistant to support adjusters by organizing claim documents and maintaining accurate data in the system. You will handle medical bills, correspondence, photos, and reports to ensure timely processing and quality service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (college preferred) and 0–2 years in claims, with knowledge of Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, and Auto coverage. This is a full‑time on‑site role in Des Moines area.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, and Auto insurance coverage.
• Experience and understanding of claims processing procedures.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and commitments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, gather, and transmit claims information promptly to internal teams.
• Maintain accurate data on the computer system throughout the claim process.
• Generate daily checks for medical payments.
• Compile and interpret reports on designated accounts.
• Handle workers’ compensation, general liability, and auto claims across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.
• Assist adjusters with state reporting and payment of bills.
