Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a Claims Supervisor in Flower Mound, TX to oversee daily claims operations and drive timely, accurate processing. The role requires coaching staff, managing escalations, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the team.

You will monitor KPIs, support process improvements, and collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and efficiency. A Bachelor’s degree and an adjuster license are requested, with CPCU/AIC preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, insurance, or related field.
• 5+ years of claims experience with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Adjuster license required by state regulations; industry certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workflow of the claims team and meet service goals.
• Review and approve complex or high-value claims for compliance.
• Coach, train, and provide feedback to claims staff.

This role is responsible for managing team performance, providing guidance, and resolving escalated claims issues while driving process improvements and maintaining customer satisfaction.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.
