QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Claims Specialist to join the Treasury Claims & Risk Management team in a hybrid role based in West Chester, PA. You will oversee workers' compensation, general liability, product, and cyber claims from intake through closure, ensuring compliance with policy and law.

You will coordinate with panel providers, prepare reports on reserves and trends, and support return-to-work programs while maintaining accurate claims history data across U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading end-to-end review of insurance claims.
• 3+ years experience supporting workers' compensation and general liability claims.
• Experience with claims service vendor systems or on-site database software.

These claims include worker's compensation claims, general liability & product claims, and cyber claims. Additionally, you will engage with team members directly to provide service. You will process and document claims to ensure compliance with legislative provisions, company policies and insurance industry best practices. You will act in a fiduciary role on behalf of our large deductible, including consultation on the calculation and posting of claim case reserves and the negotiation and resolution of claims.**Where You'll Work*** This role is **hybrid** and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: NJ, DE, PA.
